RETURN POLICY
Bollftbedd™ wants customers to feel comfortable when choosing home goods. If you need to request a return, please contact service@bollftbedd.com within the return period shown on the store page or order information.
Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and kept with original packaging when possible. Products that show wear, stains, odors, washing marks, damage, missing parts, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval.
For quality and hygiene reasons, certain home items may have return limits after opening, washing, assembly, or use. This may apply to fabric goods, close-contact items, bedroom products, or products that cannot be safely returned to sellable condition.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Products returned without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please email us with order details and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. Bollftbedd™ will review the situation and provide a suitable next step.
Customers should keep return tracking information until the return has been received and reviewed.
